AIRPORT TRANSFER FROM PENANG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

OUTPATIENT AND INPATIENT REGISTRATION PROCESSES AT HOSPITAL

 

Registration
  • Proceed to International Patients’ Centre located at Ground Floor, Block A (Main building).
  • The front desk staff will assist you in patient registration over the counter. Please ensure you have these details ready:
    • Passport (mandatory)
    • Emergency contact (mandatory)
    • Past medical records (if applicable)
    • Doctor’s referral letter (if applicable)
    • Insurance card (if applicable)
    • Insurance form (if applicable)
    • Guarantee letter (if applicable)
  • Queue number will be given to you to visit your doctor at the respective clinic. Most of the consultation suites are located at Level 1 and 2.
  • We provide luggage room at International Patients’ Centre for you to store your luggage until you are done with your consultation / treatment.
For Outpatient Services
  • Upon registration, you will be given a queue number to visit your doctor at respective clinic (mostly at Level 1 and 2).
  • Once doctor’s consultation is over, you will need to proceed to the cashier located at Level 1 or 2 for payment.
  • After payment is made, you may proceed to collect your medication at the pharmacy (located beside cashier).
For Inpatient Services
  • You are required to register at the admission counter located at Ground Floor, Block A.
  • For insurance claim (cashless), you are required to place a refundable deposit of RM1,000 upon admission.
  • For insurance claim (pay & claim), you are required to make an upfront payment on total bill, and an insurance form will be provided by your consulting doctor/s for your claiming purposes.
  • For payment by cash, payment can be done at Inpatient account department located at Level 6, Block A upon discharge.
  • Once payment is made, you may proceed to collect your medication at the pharmacy (located beside cashier).
