| Dr. Oh had his basic medical qualification at the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1993 and obtained his postgraduate specialist qualification (Master of Anaesthesiology) from the University of Malaya. |
| |
|
| He served for several years as an Anaesthesiologist in the Ministry of Health, Malaysia, before commencing private practice at the Gleneagles Medical Centre, Penang, in 2006. He has been trained to provide anaesthesia for various types of surgery, including neurosurgery, paediatric surgery and cardiac surgery. |
|
| He is married with one child. |
