psychological services for all of the above
psychological problems and disorders. He also

that can be improved through short-term
psychological consultation. |

(CBT) as his main therapeutic approach. CBT is a
focused and relatively short-term therapeutic
approach that helps clients to identify and modify

has been researched extensively and its
effectiveness has been demonstrated for a wide
variety of psychological disorders and problems. He
also utilizes therapeutic techniques from
Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness,
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Interpersonal
Psychotherapy, and Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy, depending on the needs of each client. |
